What's in It for you?
Starting salary:
¥250,000–270,000 depending on experience
Raise opportunities based on school performance
Ten paid days of leave per year (after six months of employment), in addition to national holidays
¥100,000 contract-renewal bonus upon successful completion of the contract
Fully paid initial training, including accommodation and transportation reimbursement
Work-related commuting costs reimbursed
Social Security and Health Insurance provided
Visa sponsorship and renewal support available
Support with securing housing, opening bank accounts, and more
Requirements:
Native-level English proficiency
No Japanese abilities required
Team-oriented, friendly, and able to adapt to a highly active work environment
Previous work experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is preferred
Minimum of a two-year associate degree (or equivalent) or an unrestricted working visa
