仕事内容:
We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic English speaker to join our team as a part-time English Teacher for elementary school students and young adults in Fujisawa (Kanagawa). The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine love for working with children and young learners.
Conduct dynamic and interactive English lessons, focusing on language acquisition, pronunciation, listening, and communication skills.
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and educational games that align with the curriculum objectives and cater to the varying language levels of students.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged and motivated to participate in the learning process.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians to ensure continuous improvement and academic growth.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the English language program.
Stay up-to-date with language teaching methodologies, curriculum developments, and educational trends to enhance teaching strategies and approaches.
Embrace flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in the classroom environment and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles.
Display strong teamwork skills, actively participate in team meetings and school events, and foster a sense of community among students, parents, and staff.

- Experience in teaching English to preschoolers and/or young adults is preferred

勤務時間・曜日:
We are seeking a part-time teacher to fill in for a previous teacher's schedule. The ideal candidate will be available to cover the following hours or portion of them:
-Working Hour-
- Tuesday Class: 16:30-18:30
- Saturday Class: 8:30-10:30 / 10:30-12:30
Each class is approximately 2 hours in duration, with additional preparation time required.

- Tuesday: 15:15- 18:45
- Saturday: 8:00- 12:45
休暇・休日:
The standard days off are Sundays, public holidays, and during school breaks. Additionally, days off are available for dates not included in the fixed shifts.
