仕事内容:

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic English speaker to join our team as a part-time English Teacher for elementary school students and young adults in Fujisawa (Kanagawa). The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine love for working with children and young learners.

  • Conduct dynamic and interactive English lessons, focusing on language acquisition, pronunciation, listening, and communication skills.

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and educational games that align with the curriculum objectives and cater to the varying language levels of students.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged and motivated to participate in the learning process.

  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians to ensure continuous improvement and academic growth.

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the English language program.

  • Stay up-to-date with language teaching methodologies, curriculum developments, and educational trends to enhance teaching strategies and approaches.

  • Embrace flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in the classroom environment and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles.

  • Display strong teamwork skills, actively participate in team meetings and school events, and foster a sense of community among students, parents, and staff.

求める人材:

  • English speaker with native/billigual proficiency strong spoken and written skills .
  • Experience in teaching English to preschoolers and/or young adults is preferred
  • Passionate about education, language learning, and working with children of various ages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patient, understanding, and able to create a nurturing environment that promotes student confidence and self-expression.
  • Authorized to work in Japan - we do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

勤務時間・曜日:

We are seeking a part-time teacher to fill in for a previous teacher's schedule. The ideal candidate will be available to cover the following hours or portion of them:

-Working Hour-

  • Tuesday Class: 16:30-18:30
  • Saturday Class: 8:30-10:30 / 10:30-12:30

Each class is approximately 2 hours in duration, with additional preparation time required.

-Working Hour-

  • Tuesday: 15:15- 18:45
  • Saturday: 8:00- 12:45

休暇・休日:

The standard days off are Sundays, public holidays, and during school breaks. Additionally, days off are available for dates not included in the fixed shifts.

Kataseyama, Fujisawa, Kanagawa

It takes 5 minutes from Kataseyama Station to Bambino International School on foot.

給与:

Full transportation expenses reimbursed

Car or motorcycle commuting is acceptable. Uniform (shirt) provided.
