【仕事内容】
経営管理本部長ならびに経営管理部長の管掌のもと、当社の社内情報システム課長職として、IT全般の管理やマネジメント業務に携わっていただきます。
【具体的には】
・情報セキュリティ対策の推進業務
・社内システムの導入・運用管理業務(営業部セールスフォース、製作部プロワンを使用中)
・インフラやネットワークの運用・最適化業務
・SIerやクラウドベンダーとの折衝・コスト管理業務
・ISO27001の審査対応と社内推進業務 等
・メンバーの育成や業務分担の最適化業務
・チームマネジメント業務(3名)
・関係部署との調整と課題解決業務

【規模感】
①プロジェクト規模(投資額):数千万円のシステム導入/刷新
②企画領域の幅:社内システムの運用管理、SIerやクラウドベンダーとの折衝
【求める人材】
・社内営業的な要素を持つ業務経験(他部署との連携、調整など)
・他部署との円滑な連携・協業経験
・役員層との交渉・折衝経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験(規模は問わず、50代のメンバーマネジメント経験があれば尚可)
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
