『影のキーパーソン』

弊社、一般事務の募集です。

人の前に立つのは苦手だけど、サポートするのは好きな方必見

1. 事務作業全般

  • データ入力・管理(広告費用・効果測定データ)
  • 書類作成・ファイリング
  • 契約書・請求書の発行・管理
  • 郵送

2.クライアント対応(サポート業務)

  • クライアントからの問い合わせ対応(メール・電話)
  • 資料作成(発表資料・報告書など)
  • スケジュール調整・アポイント設定

3.広告運用サポート

  • SNS広告・リスティング広告の入稿
  • 広告配信スケジュールの管理
  • レポート作成・分析サポート

4. 社内サポート業務

  • 社員のサポート
  • ミーティング
  • 広告

・9:00~17:30(12:00~13:00休憩、実働7.5時間、コアタイム11:00~14:00)
