地域密着のゴルフ練習場(サンランド船橋)を、40年以上にわたって運営してきた当社。

おかげさまで、多くのお客様に親しまれており、定期的なリニューアルなどを通じて、魅力的な施設を保ち続けてきました。

今後も安定した経営を行っていくには、施設全体をマネジメントしながら、より良い方向に導いてくれる人材が欠かせません。そこで今回、年齢にかかわらず、新しい支配人候補(マネージャー)を募集しております

現在従業員数26名のアットホームな雰囲気の職場です。

◎普通自動車免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)

◎マネジメント経験がある方(業種不問)

◎経営・販促・企画・会計などの知識がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制 (実働7時間30分 / 休憩45分)

【シフト例】

7:45~16:00(土日祝)

8:00~16:15(平日)

10:00~18:15

13:15~21:30

※施設の営業時間は長いですが

・朝早く出勤して早めに上がる

・午前中の時間を自由に過ごし午後から出勤

など多彩な働き方ができることが魅力的です

※状況によりシフト時間が若干前後する場合があります。

  • 週休2日制(シフト制)

給与:

月給:35万円~50万円+諸手当+賞与(年4.95 ヶ月分)

※経験・年齢・スキルにより相談の上、決定いたします。
