名古屋のウブロブティックにてブティックマネージャーとして店舗運営をお任せします。

Job responsibilities


Main Responsibilities

【店舗マネジメント業務全般】

・ブティックの売り上げ目標達成: 月次、年次の売上目標を達成するために行動する。

・ブティック行動計画の立案: 目標を設定し、目標達成のための具体的な行動計画を立てる。

・百貨店との関係: 百貨店、特に外商・営業部門と強固で建設的な関係を築き、営業活動を円滑に進めるための提案や交渉を行う。

【スタッフマネジメント】

・チームビルディング: 常にチームワークの向上と円滑なコミュニケーションに努め、スタッフにとって有意義な職場にする。

・スタッフの育成: 与えられた売上予算と生産性を達成するために、常にスタッフのモチベーションを高め、コーチングする。各スタッフの能力開発計画のもと、トレーニングの割り当てなど、能力開発の機会を提供する。

・スタッフ管理: 適切なブティックの勤務シフトを準備し、スタッフの出勤を管理する。

【クライアンテリング】

・接客・サービス: ブティックにおける最高の接客を実現する責任者。予算と計画に基づいた接客を実施し、顧客満足度を高める。

・顧客管理: 新規顧客を開拓し、既存顧客を維持する。顧客接遇の模範を示し、ブティックスタッフを育成する。

・顧客からのクレーム処理: 責任者として顧客からのクレームを適切に処理する。

・ブティック VMD の管理: 社内ルールに従い、ブティック VMD を管理する。

【ストアオペレーションの管理】

・売上、予算管理: ルールに基づき、正しいプロセスでバックオフィス業務を遂行する。販売管理、在庫管理、日々の集計、商品移動、経費管理、報告など、スタッフが行う全ての業務をミスや遅延なく管理・監督する。

・ブティックの清掃: ブティックの適切な環境(清掃、設備、備品)を維持する。

Experience/ Criteria

・ラグジュアリブランドまたはリテールでの接客販売・店長としての店舗マネジメント経験 3 年以上

・基本的な PC スキル

・英語力あれば尚可

・雇用形態: 正社員

・勤務地: 愛知県名古屋市

・勤務時間: 実働7.5時間(休憩60分・他に30分の午後休憩) 店舗ごとのシフトによる

・休日休暇: 年間休日120日以上、週休2日制(月8日以上/シフト制)、有給休暇、慶弔休暇、介護休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇
