環境に関するアトラスコプコグループの目標を理解し、アクションプランを遂行すること。

営業事務、庶務、ロジスティクスを含む管理業務全般の部門のマネジャとして、実務サポート、スタッフマネジメントを遂行すること。

職務概要:
当社は産業機械の輸入・販売・サービスを行う企業です。営業、サービス部門に対するサポート部門として、アドミ業務全般を含むオフィスマネジメントと、HSEQ(Health, Safety, Environment, Quality)業務を兼務します。法令遵守、安全文化の推進、品質管理、オフィス運営を担う新設ポジションです。

主な業務内容:
オフィスマネジメント業務

  • オフィス運営全般(備品管理、契約管理、施設管理、受発注請求入力業務・ロジスティクス管理)
  • 社内イベント調整
  • 文書管理、コンプライアンス関連書類の整備
  • ベンダー・外部業者との調整
  • 総務業務

HSEQ関連業務

  • 労働安全衛生、環境、品質に関する社内ポリシーの策定・運用
  • 法令遵守の確認、リスクアセスメントの実施
  • 安全教育・品質教育の企画・実施
  • ISO(ISO9001、ISO14001等)維持管理
  • サービス現場の安全管理サポート(各部署マネジャとの連携)
  • 事故・不具合発生時の報告、是正措置の管理 (各部署との連携)

カスタマサービス(営業事務、ロジスティクス)部門のマネジメント

  • スタッフマネジメント(育成、人事評価を含む)
  • 実務サポート
  • 営業、サービス部門との連携を含めた、業務効率化、改善、デジタル化の促進

勤務地:
横浜もしくは名古屋
To succeed, you will need

応募資格:
必須条件

  • オフィス管理または総務/営業業務の経験(3年以上)
  • 日本語ネイティブ、英語中級(読み書き必須、英語でのグローバルなトレーニングなどにオンラインでの参加あり)
  • 人材管理経験(3年以上)
  • PCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

歓迎条件:

  • ISO関連業務経験
  • 安全衛生・品質管理に関する基本知識
  • 製造業または産業機械業界での勤務経験
  • HSEQ関連資格(安全衛生管理者、ISO内部監査員など)
  • SAP実務経験
