【業務内容】

主力製品群であるケーブル保護管「エナジーチェーン」。その中でロボットの多軸かつねじれ動作に対応するために特別に開発された「トライフレックスR」をメインに担当し、販売促進と技術対応をお任せします。

労働力不足の解消、生産性向上等を背景に急成長しているロボット産業への拡販に注力するため、新設ポジションとして募集します。

(ロボット用三次元チェーン|トライフレックスR)

  • 弊社ホームページ、電話及びメール経由でのお客様及び社内からの製品問い合わせ及び選定提案、図面の確認などの技術サポート。

    ※社内は外勤営業社員や営業事務からの問合せに対応します。
  • 拡販のための戦略の立案、実行、及び技術対応
  • 営業への製品トレーニング(営業同行の出張あり)
  • ドイツ本社への技術問合せ窓口(メールや電話/使用言語:英語)
  • ドイツ本社から技術者が来日した際の同行や通訳

  • 職務の特徴:

  • エナジーチェーンは可動ケーブルの寿命を延ばし、動力/データ/信号を機械や装置に確実に供給する機械の要です。モジュラー式デザインのため組み立ても簡単で、薬品に対する耐性だけでなく、小さい曲げ半径にも対応でき、限られた設置スペースと同様に、大きく重く堅いケーブルやホースの収納にも理想的です。

  • 「トライフレックスRシリーズ」の製品は、多軸動作ロボット向けに設計された三次元可動のエナジーチェーンで、高い柔軟性と吸収性を備えています。明確な曲げ半径を持つため、ケーブルや保護管の耐用年数を大幅に向上させるといった特徴があります。

体制強化

成長が続くロボット産業の流れに沿い、専用部品の需要増が見込まれるなか、イグスとして、ロボット産業向け製品の代表格である三次元動作向けケーブル保護管トライフレックスRの専任担当を選定し、地域営業との強力な販売及びサポート体制を構築する事で特殊製品の販売強化を確実なものにするため。

配属先情報:

ESC営業部(部長、外勤営業21名、インサイドセールス3名、プロダクト担当5名)

※配属は「インサイドセールス」です。

働き方:

内勤での技術対応をしながら、必要に応じて客先訪問し販売促進もしていく両方の動きをします。

状況によって変化しますがイメージは内勤5割、外勤5割です。

入社後のイメージ:

エナジーチェーンの中でもロボット向けに特化した特殊製品のため、入社後はまず社内研修にて一般製品の基礎知識も含めしっかり習得していただきます。その後ヘルプデスク研修(お客様からの問い合わせ対応)で基本的な製品選定ができるようになったら、外勤営業と同行し客先での製品提案、場合によってはロボットへの組付作業の経験を積んでいきます。

最終的にはトライフレックスR製品のスペシャリストとして、これまでのロボット業界でのご経験を活かしながら、ロボット業界に特化した製品の拡販に向け戦略の立案、実行、及び技術対応まで自身で考え計画し活動していくことが求められます。

※一人で対応が可能になったら、定時後17~18時のヘルプデスク対応をしていただくことがあります。(月に0~数回程度)

【給与】

年俸 5,000,000円~9,000,000円(インセンティブ込)

基本給:258,929円~、固定残業代:53,571円~を含む/月

※年俸制(分割回数16回)

8:45-17:00(実働7時間15分、休憩時間60分)

弊社本社:東京都墨田区錦糸1-2-1アルカセントラル15階

(就業場所変更の範囲:会社の定める場所および労働者の自宅)

【休日・休暇】

年間休日数:125日、完全週休2日制(土日祝)

年間有給休暇:12日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

夏期休暇(4日)、年末年始休暇、特別休暇、産前産後休業、育児休業、介護休業、子の看護等休暇

※育児休暇取得実績あり 育休後復帰率100%

  • ロボット製品の販売に関わるご経験をお持ちの方、ロボットのメーカー・商社の営業、技術、技術営業経験者
  • 英語力(中級以上。英語メールの使用必須。ドイツ担当者と定期的なミーティングあり)
  • 宿泊をともなう出張が可能な方(営業同行で月に1、2回程度出張あり。日帰り又は宿泊の出張)

  • 機械または設計のバックグラウンドがおありの方
