<具体的な仕事内容>

賃貸物件に関する業務一式をお願いします。

経験やスキルに応じて仕事を任せていきます。

  • お問い合わせ対応

⼊居者様やオーナー様からの

設備修繕などに関するお問い合わせ対応

物件のご紹介を通じてのお申し込み、契約関連の実施 など

  • 空室対策業務

⼊居者の募集やテナント誘致、

新規・更新契約・解約に関する業務、

協⼒会社への発注や進捗管理など

マンションなので

ご入居者様の要望などは

ある程度決まっていますので

すぐに慣れますよ

*まちづくりフォーラムの開催

など、弊社主催のイベントでのスタッフ活動もゆくゆくはお願いします

求めている人材

  • 不動産賃貸の営業経験、

もしくはプロパティマネジメントの実務経験がある方(年数不問)

※ブランクがあってもOK

  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間詳細


9:00~18:00内で1日5時間~OK

週3日~の勤務。もちろん週5日の勤務もOK。

ライフスタイルに応じて勤務していただけます。

基本給:時給 1700円 〜 1900円

売買事業部・ビル事業部・開発部など、それぞれの部署が同じフロアで活躍中

仕入れた物件をリノベーションし、売買営業部でお客様に提案するなど、

部署間で協力して業務を行っています。

残業もほとんどなく、連休も取得しやすいのでオンオフのメリハリつけて働けます。
