コーポレート部門中枢の一角である調査部は、日本や世界各国のエネルギー・経済・環境政策など、エネルギー動向にかかわる全ての最新動向を調査・分析する社内インテリジェンス部門。
JERAは社内調査機能を強化し、将来的なシンクタンク組織の設立を計画しております。シンクタンク組織は、グローバルにそして日本、米国、欧州、アジアの主要地域それぞれについて、マクロ経済動向、政治動向、主要産業の動向、社会動向、地政学リスク等を調査・分析し、またエネルギー・環境に関する各種調査と融合することにより、当社の事業戦略策定とその実現に向けて貢献する役割を担っています。
仕事内容
海外エネルギー業界のアナリストとして、東京本社より米国・欧州・アジアいずれか、あるいは複数の地域のエネルギー・環境領域の調査を行う。
エコノミスト、制度担当、技術担当アナリスト等と連携し、担当地域・国々のエネルギー・環境状況が当社のグローバル戦略、および現地での事業戦略に及ぼす影響を捉え、将来シナリオを策定する。当社の経営層に対してレポーティングを行い、経営戦略・ビジネスモデル構築へのインプリケーションを抽出し、経営に提言することで、経営層の的確な判断並びに事業部の事業戦略の実現を支援する。
〇海外(米国・欧州・アジア)のエネルギー・環境領域の調査
・当社のグローバル事業戦略の、および現地での事業戦略のベースとなる、エネルギー需給等のアウトルックや、発生しうる将来シナリオを、定性・定量的に策定する
・担当地域のエネルギー需給モデルの開発・運営
〇レポート執筆、各種カンファレンス、シンポジウム等におけるアウトリーチ活動

シンクタンクなどの社外機関において、エネルギー・環境領域の調査経験(5年以上)

勤務時間 1. フレックスタイム制 勤務時間は7時00分から22時00分の間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 ただし、1日最低4時間以上勤務しなければならない。 2. 休憩時間 1時間 3. 所定時間外労働 有
