JERAは、社内調査機能を強化し、シンクタンク組織の設立を計画している。シンクタンク組織は、グローバルに、そして日本、米国、欧州、アジアの主要地域それぞれについて、エネルギー・環境に関する各種調査・分析を行い、また、マクロ経済動向、政治・政策動向、主要産業の動向、技術動向、地政学リスク等の調査と融合することにより、当社の事業戦略策定とその実現に向けて貢献する。
当該ポジションの職責としては、日本エネルギーアナリストとして、国内を中心に、エネルギー・環境領域の調査・分析を行う。日本エコノミスト、技術担当アナリスト、マーケットアナリスト等と連携、また、国内エネルギー制度を担当するチームと連携することにより、当社を取り巻く状況を総合的に把握し、事業戦略に及ぼす影響を捉え、将来シナリオを策定する。我が国のエネルギー・環境政策や当社の脱炭素戦略をグローバルに発信・推進することを通じて、世界各国のエネルギートランジションに貢献する。当社の経営層に対してレポーティングを行い、経営戦略・ビジネスモデル構築へのインプリケーションを抽出し、経営に提言することで、経営層の的確な判断並びに事業部の事業戦略の実現を支援する。
仕事内容
〇日本のエネルギー・環境領域の調査
・当社の事業戦略のベースとなる、エネルギー需給等のアウトルックや、発生しうる将来シナリオを、定性・定量的に策定する
・日本エネルギー需給モデルの開発・運営
〇レポート執筆、各種カンファレンス、シンポジウム等におけるアウトリーチ活動
求めるスキル・経験
【必須】
・シンクタンクなどの社外機関において、エネルギー・環境領域の調査経験(5年以上)
・TOEIC600点以上(英語)

・社外カンファレンス等におけるアウトリーチ・ブリーフィング経験(複数)

勤務時間 1. フレックスタイム制 勤務時間は7時00分から22時00分の間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 ただし、1日最低4時間以上勤務しなければならない。 2. 休憩時間 1時間 3. 所定時間外労働 有
