仕事内容:

弊社で支援している企業様のECコンサルタントを募集します。 楽天市場・Amazon・Yahooショッピングなど主要モールの運営支援を中心に、 データ分析に基づいた販売戦略の立案や、広告・ページ改善などの実務をご担当いただきます。

案件開始前に、クライアントと「月間の稼働時間(例:30〜40時間)」をすり合わせます。その時間を上限として、優先度の高いタスクから進めていただくため、過剰な業務負担はありません。

主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。

販売戦略・分析業務

モールデータ(RMS/Seller Centralなど)の集計・分析

市場・競合・価格帯の調査、報告

ショップ全体の販売戦略やページ改修などの企画・提案

広告・販促運用サポート

RPP広告といったモール内広告の設定・運用・効果分析

クーポン・キャンペーンなど販促施策の設計と実行

広告レポート作成および改善提案

商品ページ改善・CVR向上施策

ページ構成、画像・テキスト改善によるコンバージョン率アップ

SEO対策や導線設計の最適化

分析結果に基づいた改善施策の実行

求める人材:

・楽天市場またはAmazonにおいて、年商1億規模の運営経験のある方

・楽天市場/Amazon/Yahooショッピング等のモール運営経験が、概ね3年以上または同等の実績をお持ちの方

・データ分析から戦略立案、運用改善まで一貫して携わった経験

・クライアントとの定例報告・提案など、クライアントと協働し成果を出すのが得意な方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務地:

基本フルリモートになります。

案件や希望によっては出社しての働き方も可能な場合もあるため、面談の中ですり合わせをさせてください。

アクセス:

基本フルリモート、在宅勤務

給与:

3,000〜5,000円/時間

案件ごとに個別契約、案件内容・スキルに応じて事前に調整します。

待遇・福利厚生:

業務委託の為、社会保険等は対象外になります。
