【組織概要】
日本HPEの全社注力領域としてAIが位置付けられており、AI&Data Management Presalesはこの領域をソリューションとして提案・ビジネス拡大を担うチームです。主体的な提案やコンサルタティブアプローチを使い、顧客にソリューションの価値を認識頂き、今後のセリング活動に円滑につなげることが求められます。

製品に依存しないソリューションアーキテクト力を高められ、お客様に刺さる提案が可能な点が特徴です。

【募集背景】

  • AI活用およびデータ活用が市場で求められていますが、まだまだ十分な活用には課題も多く、ビジネスニーズにあったアーキテクチャの導入、利用がされていない状況です。HPEの主製品はHWでありオンプレミスが中心ではありますが、Cloud Platformも含めた相談・利活用を行っており、お客様のニーズに合わせた提案・相談が増えています。
  • 従って、今後の成長路線を歩む上で重要な領域として位置づけられており、より活動を推進するため、追加人員の獲得が急務となっています。

【仕事内容】

  • ソリューションアーキテクトとして、AIおよびData Managementの提案をしていく仕事です。
  • 主体的な提案やコンサルタティブアプローチを使い、顧客にソリューションの価値を認識頂き、 AIおよびData Managementビジネスを獲得・拡大していくことが求められます。

【必須要件】

  • 3年以上のプリセールス、もしくはプロジェクト経験

  • 働き方: 在宅勤務・テレワーク環境も充実
