The Role

We are looking for a
self-driven Salesforce Architect
with a "get it done" mindset and a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology challenges through Salesforce.

In this role, you will work closely with our professional services leadership and a cross-functional team of PMs, developers, and business analysts to design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that transform our customers' marketing and business operations.

You will play a key role in defining standards, designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds and integrations—empowering teams and enabling business success.

Responsibilities

Architect and Design

  • Lead the architectural design of cross-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Community/Experience), ensuring scalable and efficient implementations.
  • Design and build integrations between and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    MuleSoft
    and
    Marketing Cloud
    preferred.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Integration

  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.

Customization

  • Customize Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds) based on client requirements.

Data Strategy

  • Develop and implement data strategies including data modeling, ETL, migration, LDV mitigation, and governance.

Release Management

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and deployment technologies for efficient release management.

Performance Optimization

  • Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce solution performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain detailed architecture, configuration, and best-practice documentation.

Continuous Platform Innovation

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend adoption of new features and functionalities.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience

  • 12+ years in a hands-on technical or development role.
  • 7+ years in Salesforce architecture.

Salesforce Certifications

  • 10+ Salesforce certifications preferred.

Cloud Platforms

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Programming

  • Strong experience with
    Apex
    ,
    Visualforce
    ,
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    ,
    SOQL
    , and
    SQL
    .

Integration Skills

  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

Problem-Solving

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on scalability and maintainability.

Communication

  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments with cross-functional teams.

アーキテクチャ設計

  • Sales Cloud、Service Cloud、Experience Cloudなどを中心とした複数クラウドのソリューションを設計・リード。
  • Force.comと他の企業システムとの統合設計・実装。
  • MuleSoft
    や
    Marketing Cloud
    の経験があれば尚可。

テクニカルリーダーシップ

  • 開発チームへの技術的指導およびベストプラクティスの推進。

システム統合

  • APIやミドルウェアを用いたSalesforceと外部システムとの連携設計・実装。

カスタマイズ

  • Sales Cloud、Service Cloud、Experience Cloud、Marketing Cloudの設定およびカスタマイズ。

データ戦略

  • データモデリング、ETL、移行、LDV対応、ガバナンスなどを含むデータ戦略の設計と実施。

リリース管理

  • CI/CDパイプライン、Metadata API、各種デプロイ技術を活用した効率的なリリース管理。

パフォーマンス最適化

  • Salesforceソリューションのパフォーマンス監視および最適化。

ステークホルダー連携

  • ビジネス要件を技術的ソリューションに落とし込み、ビジネス目標と整合を図る。

ドキュメンテーション

  • アーキテクチャ、プロセス、ベストプラクティスに関する詳細なドキュメント作成・維持。

応募資格・スキル

経験

  • 技術職/開発職として12年以上の実務経験。
  • Salesforceアーキテクトとして7年以上の経験。

Salesforce認定資格

  • 10件以上のSalesforce認定資格をお持ちの方を歓迎。

クラウドプラットフォーム

  • Sales Cloud、Service Cloud、Experience Cloud、Marketing Cloudの熟知。

プログラミング

  • Apex
    、

    、
