<入社後の仕事>

既存のお客様を中心に、長く信頼関係を築くルート営業。

ノルマに追われて売り込むのではなく、社内外のハブとなってプロジェクトを円滑に進める役割です。

・既存顧客への定期連絡、ニーズのヒアリング

・見積書作成、受注処理、納期管理

・社内(製造・技術)への製作依頼、スケジュール調整

・顧客からの問い合わせ対応(丁寧なコミュニケーション重視)

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり14時間 〜 18時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

1年目:年収380万円前後
