地方創生をテーマとした公民共創コミュニティ 「ふるのば」 において、
自治体と企業をつなぐプロジェクト推進ポジションです。
【仕事内容】
地方創生プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう、
企画・調整・運営を一貫して担っていただきます。
- 企業からの問い合わせ対応、サービス説明(反響対応中心)
- 契約手続きや見積作成などの事務サポート
- 導入後の企業フォロー・カスタマーサクセス業務
- 自治体と企業のマッチングに関する調整・進行管理
- プロジェクトやイベント運営、資料作成などのサポート業務
※単なる営業ではなく、
商談〜契約〜導入〜運用までプロジェクト全体に関わるポジションです。

勤務時間・曜日:
平日(月曜~金曜日)
10:00~19:00(実働8時間)
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休二日制(土日)、年末年始休暇

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥320,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥66,667〜¥76,190(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
