Job Summary:

Assistant Chief Concierge :

The Assistant Chief Concierge provides guest services as well as supervision, direction, and leadership in the Concierge in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the hotel under the guidance of the Chief Concierge. Must have a strong and extensive knowledge of the local area and of the resources available to our guests. Only applicants with a Japanese visa status are eligible to apply.

Requirements:

Skills:

Opera, Alice Concierge experience, PC literacy of Excel Word and PowerPoint

Experience:

Minimum 3-year experience as Concierge in International Luxury hotels.

Personality:

Customer Oriented

Motivated Team Player

Flexibility

Goal Oriented

Others:

Business level of language proficiency in English and Japanese

Member of Japan Concierge Association is plus.

Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Chief Concierge at Luxury International hotel in Tokyo is plus.

  • Bonus Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
  • Transportation fare Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 50,000.-).
  • Merit Salary Increment Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
