当社は日本のプルデンシャルグループ各社に、ITインフラサービスを構築・提供しています。 グループ各社が個別に運用していたシステム基盤サービス業務を一手に引き受け、ネットワークやPCの提供、ヘルプデスクの運営、業務システムを支えるサーバの導入や管理などを行っています。米国本社のIT部門と密接に連携し、グローバル基準に統一されたサービスを提供する事で、グループ全体の業務効率、品質向上を実現しています。
職務内容
本ポジションにおける主な業務内容は下記となります。
1.PJ Techの内部統制に関する各種プロセスの実施状況の確認や課題認識に基づくプロセス改訂・新規導入時の親会社との調整や制度の実装、従業員向けコミュニケーション・トレーニングの実施など会社全体に対する内部統制業務全般に責任を持つ。
2.IT ガバナンスファンクションから、PJ Tech 取締役会への報告事項・決裁事項の資料などのとりまとめ。また、PHJ への報告事項・決裁事項の資料のとりまとめ。
3.通報窓口ならびに通報内容の調査、PJ Techの業務において懸念事項がある場合の問題の解決 (例:内部通報による申し出、コンプライアンス違反の問題解決など)を親会社や適切な関連者を交えながら進める。必要に応じて弁護士とも相談を行う。
4.コンプライアスオフィサと協力し、コンプライアンスに関する内部統制プロセス(インサイダー取引、利益相反取引などのモニタリングなど)の推進並びに運用を行う。
5.上述に関するレポーティング(レポート先は、当該Functionの長、親会社の監督部門、主要クライアントであるPrudentialグループ各社)
6.その他、マネジメントやクライアントからの内部統制に関する要請への対応

【経験】
・外部委託先管理、もしくは法務/コンプライアンス職種・部門または内部統制部門での職務経験が3年以上あること
・金融業界における内部統制運用の経験あがあり、その運用結果を理論的にわかりやすく説明できる方
契約条項文を理解できる方
【言語スキル】
• 日本語スキル:ネイティブレベル
・英語のグローバル標準ドキュメントを理解し、日本での要請事項を含め実装を行う能力のある方(概ねTOEIC 700点以上)
・契約・取引関係を主として、各種法政令の知識がある方(例:ビジネス実務法務2級や派遣・委託先管理に関連した各種労働法の理解が必要な業務を行っていた方)
・目標設定や人事評価などのラインマネジメントの経験がある方
・社内トレーニングをリードした経験(エバンジェリストの経験尚可)
