仕事内容:

マンション・集合住宅・商業ビル・公共施設等の大規模修繕工事における現場施工管理業務をお任せします。

【主なお仕事について】

・管理組合との打ち合わせ・説明会への出席

・工事施工計画の立案、工程表の作成

・準備工・仮設物の設置管理

・協力会社のメンバー構成、施工品質および安全管理

・資材発注を含む全工程の管理

・ITツール(ANDPAD)を活用した効率化

・竣工図書等の作成、竣工検査の立ち会い

・是正および引渡し業務

・工事後の定期点検やメンテナンス等のアフターフォロー

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
