担当工事・エリア
- 東京・神奈川エリア中心
- トンネル工事
- 道路工事(高速道路・臨港道路・滑走路など)
- 橋梁工事などの公共インフラ建設
具体的な業務内容
- 工程管理・安全管理・品質管理・原価管理
- 現場での作業指示、進捗・品質の監督
- 元請企業との打ち合わせ
- 翌日の準備(人員配置、道具確認、段取り検討)
- 内業(各種書類作成、次現場の計画立案)

- ベテラン社員と一緒に現場配属
- 朝礼対応、指示内容を職人へ伝える補佐業務からスタート
- 施工計画書作成などを通じてPC・デスクワークにも徐々に慣れていく

- 1日の労働時間:8時間、休憩1時間
- 1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週の平均労働時間30時間以下)

月給:368,000円〜502,000円
給与の内訳
- 基本給:30万円〜45万円
- 固定残業代:月30時間分を上記にプラスして支給(68,000円~102,000円。超過分は別途支給。※2024年度の残業の全体の平均は12.5時間程度です
