開発における企画、要件定義、情報設計、デザインや開発のディレクション、クライアントとのコミュニケーション、プロジェクト管理を担っていただきます。
【採用背景】
流通・小売・メーカー向けのD2C・OMO・新マーケティング戦略・AI活用などを用いた、注目度の高い開発プロジェクトが増えており、今後も同社サービスも拡大の方向です。多数プロジェクト増えている関係からそちらをリード頂ける方を募集致します。
【具体的な職務内容】
■技術リーダー・技術メンバー・テックリード(技術補佐)で構成されたプロジェクトチーム(内製)を率いるプロジェクトマネジメント
■同社のプロジェクトは、店舗連携・決済・ソーシャル・その他ソリューションなどの連携が多い為、外部パートナーと一緒にプロジェクトを動かすことも多く、内部だけでなくパートナーとの仕様・スケジュール調整などの連携も頂きます
■顧客と同社の役員も参加するステアリングコミッティの開催
■今後の戦略をナレッジしてもらいながらシステム戦略を雑談する頒布会など開発以外のビジネス的な機会にも携わって頂くこともあります。
■プロジェクトで良いと思った機能などはプロダクト開発へレビューして頂き、コマースプロダクトのバージョンアップにも携わって頂きます。
■プロジェクトで開発した最先端の機能や体験設計をプロダクトに反映するアドバイザーも兼務頂く予定です。
