■ポジション概要

AIやデータ基盤領域におけるプロジェクトマネージャーとして、クライアント企業のDX戦略実現を推進します。チームを率い、プロジェクトの計画から実行、完了まで、全フェーズをリードする役割を担います。最新技術への深い理解と、クライアントとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力が求められます。顧客のニーズを的確に捉え、最適なソリューションを提供することで、企業の成長に大きく貢献できるポジションです。

■業務内容

・プロジェクト計画の立案と実行

・チームメンバーのマネジメントと育成

・クライアントとのコミュニケーションと関係構築

・プロジェクト進捗管理とリスク管理

・技術選定とアーキテクチャ設計への関与

・プロジェクトの成果報告とステークホルダーへの情報共有

■応募要件

・アジャイル開発またはウォーターフォール開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(3年以上)

・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおけるPM経験(3年以上)

・Webアプリケーション開発経験またはパブリッククラウド(AWS/GCP/Azureなど)での構築経験

・生成AIまたはデータ基盤に関する知識と実務経験

・要件定義、技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計の経験

・チームマネジメント、メンバー育成経験

・英語力(ビジネスレベル)

・PMP、Scrum Masterなどのプロジェクトマネジメント関連資格(尚可)
