■EAGLYSについて EAGLYSは 「秘密計算 × AIで、あらゆる産業データの価値を最大化する」 DeepTechスタートアップです。 製造・化学・金融などの大手企業と、 ・非構造データのAI解析・構造化(図面/PDF/検査記録など) ・秘密計算(データを秘匿したままAI分析する技術) ・AIエージェント・最適化AI の領域で各種共創プロジェクトを推進しています。 ■募集ポジション・背景について 製造業領域では、品質保証・生産管理・研究開発部門との協業が急増しており、 2025〜26年には、非構造データの知識化AIソリューションを中心に、複数の大型PJがすでに確定しています。 本ポジションでは、既存案件のPM/アップセル/新規BizDev を横断して担い、EAGLYSの事業成長の中核を担っていただきます。 ※技術は入社後にキャッチアップ可能な環境が整っています。BizDevとしての顧客理解・企画力を重視しています。 ■ 仕事内容 ・製造業向けDXプロジェクトの創出・推進 ・非構造データのAI解析・知識化ソリューション(図面/検査記録等)の企画・要件整理・PM ・顧客(品質保証/生産管理/研究開発)との課題整理、PoC設計 ・課題ヒアリング、事業構想書・提案書の作成 ・R&D(博士・エンジニア)との協働によるソリューション具体化 ※まずは製造業DX領域のPJ推進に集中していただきたいと思っております ※組織マネジメント・各種管理業務は事業開発室長と共に行っていただきます ■ このポジションのやりがい 【事業開発の面白さ】 ・戦略 → PoC → 社会実装まで 事業の全行程に携われる ・先端AI技術を活かし、製造業の現場課題を"価値"に変える経験が積める ・大型案件の立ち上がりから関われるため、裁量が大きい 【成長環境】 ・メンバーの半数が博士号を持つDeepTech組織(学びやすい文化) ・技術理解は入社後でOK。BizDev × R&Dの掛け合わせで成長できる ・プロダクト化、事業化、海外展開のフェーズまで経験可能 ・自律性と信頼をベースとした、柔軟な働き方(フルフレックス)

応募概要
給与 想定年収:700万〜1,200万 ※能力と経験により応相談 ※成果に応じたインセンティブ賞与制度も有り 勤務地 【雇入れ直後】本社(東京都渋谷区千駄ケ谷5ー27ー3 やまとビル)および労働者の自宅 【変更の範囲】会社の定める場所(テレワークを行う場所を含む) ※入社後は急用でオフィスに出勤していただくケースや、東京近郊のお取引先へ打ち合わせに行く状況も想定されます。 ※最終面接は基本的には対面を想定しておりますが、面接時にリモートエリアにお住いの場合にはオンラインで実施することも可能です(応相談) 雇用形態 正社員 勤務体系 ■勤務時間 10:00 ~ 19:00 フルフレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし) ■休日・休暇 ・年間休日125日以上 ・完全週休2日制(土日祝) ・年次有給休暇:入社3ヶ月後に付与 ・アニバーサリー休暇(1年に1日、入社後直ぐに付与) ・Sick Leave(本人・家族の傷病時に年間5日まで、入社後直ぐに付与) ・夏季休暇:7月~9月の間で3日間取得可能(条件:6/30までに在籍した場合) ・年末年始休暇 ・産前産後・育児休暇 ・慶弔特別休暇 試用期間 あり(6ヶ月) 福利厚生 (1) 働き方 ・オフィスへの出社、リモートワークなど、日によって自由に決められます。(最初は上司に相談要) ・フルフレックス制を導入しているため、始業時間と終業時間を柔軟に決められます。 (2) ライフサポート ・アニバーサリー休暇:社員一人一人の大切な記念日に、特別有給休暇を年間1日取得できます。 ・Sick Leave:年次有給休暇とは別に、本人・家族のケガや病気の際に、最大5日間/年、特別有給休暇を取得できます。 ・産前産後休暇・育児休暇を取得している社員もおり、ワークライフバランスを実現できます。 (3) 学習支援 ・毎月5,000円を上限とした書籍購入補助があり、自由に専門書やビジネス書が購入することができます。 ・セミナー受講補助制度や資格取得補助制度があります。 (4) イベント毎の食事会 ・四半期毎に本社で立食ランチパーティ開催 ・入社日に所属メンバーとランチ会開催 ・その他食事会のサポート (5) その他 ・本社に無料のウォーターサーバー・コーヒーサーバーあり ・各種社会保険完備・健康診断実施 ・育児休業・介護休暇 ・交通費支給(定期代1ヶ月分/上限5万円) ・外国籍社員へのVISA取得・更新のサポート ・屋内禁煙
