【職務概要】

POSレジ・販売管理システム「RetailProPrism」及び関連システムの導入/運用/保守を担当する部署の責任者を担っていただきます。

(グローバルに店舗展開をしている専門店小売企業が主な顧客です)

【職務詳細】

システム導入、稼働時及び稼働後のサポートを、各国現地のビジネスパートナーと協力し実行します。

課全体の管理、メンバーの技術やビジネススキルの向上、業務改善も期待しています。

■パッケージシステム及び関連カスタマイズシステムの設計、導入

(要件確認、環境構築、稼働サポート、トレーニングなど)

■システム運用・保守サポート

(グローバルで利用されているシステム環境の運用・保守サポート、改善提案)

【英語スキル/利用頻度】

日本語、英語の利用は半々程度・入社時点で流暢である必要はなし・業務の中で学び、向上させる意欲を重視

【求める人材】

【必須】※下記すべて必須

・5名程度(5名以下でも可)のチーム/部署でのマネジメント経験

・業務システムに関わる導入および運用保守の経験(合わせて5年以上)

・お客様へのシステム運用改善提案の経験

・SQLの基本操作、ネットワーク・Windows OSに関する基礎知識

・高校レベルの基礎英語での読み書きスキル

【尚可】

・数値計画の策定や、収支・予算管理などのマネジメント経験

・HTML、Java、C#などの開発言語に関する基本的な理解(実務経験不問)

・海外拠点や外国籍メンバーと連携して業務を進めた経験

・システム導入プロジェクトへの主要メンバーとしての参画経験

・英語での日常会話が可能な方

【給与】

年収:735万~915万程度

月給制:月額478200円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)※2024年実績:3.6ヶ月

昇給:年1回(4月)
