お客様との会話を楽しみながら、心ときめく一足をご提案するのが私たちの役目。でも、それだけではありません。
お客様の「なりたい」を叶える接客・コーディネート提案
ブランドの世界観を表現するディスプレイ(VMD)
「カワイイ」を発信するSNS企画のサポート
商品の在庫管理や品出し、レジ業務 など

Emma Francis(エマフランシス)は、
"素足のような履き心地"と"無理なくおしゃれ"を叶える、Made in 神戸のバレエシューズを中心としたレディースシューズブランド。
ブランドの世界観は「パリ郊外の花屋を営む母を持ち、バレリーナに憧れるEmma Francisのライフスタイル」。
フレンチカジュアルを基調に、30~40代を中心に、世代やスタイルを問わず幅広い女性から支持を集めています。
2022年に神戸に初の常設店を出店し、全国の百貨店・商業施設でのポップアップも好調。
2025年9月、満を持して関東第1号店を【二子玉川ライズ】にオープン
そしてこの度2026年3月に【有楽町マルイ】にもオープン致します

実働時間:1日あたり8時間 〜 8時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 24日
シフト例
早番:10:40~19:40(実働8h+1h休憩)
遅番:11:20~20:20(実働8h+1h休憩)
※出勤日、時間は毎月のシフトに準ずる
※シフトの都合上、勤務時間は±0.5~1時間の間で変動致しますのでご了承下さい。

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 28万円 〜 30万円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり8時間 〜 20時間)
固定残業時間を超える勤務については残業代の支給なし
固定残業代を支給しない理由:みなし労働時間制のため
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
予算達成時にはインセンティブあり
給与例
440万円/月給32万円+賞与+インセンティブ+諸手当
480万円/月給34万円+賞与+インセンティブ+諸手当
520万円/月給36万円+賞与+インセンティブ+諸手当
