<仕事内容>

~大手メーカー・自治体に各種機器を販売する大豊産業株式会社のグループ会社。

グループ全体の不動産管理などを対応~

  • 業務内容:

経理担当として、グループ会社(インフラ資材製造メーカー)の経理、

会計、税務のシステム管理・運用をご担当いただきます。

また、今回は事業拡大に伴う増員募集となっており、

ご入社いただく方には次期マネージャーとしてご活躍いただきたいと考えています。

  • 業務詳細:

・会計、決算業務(月次、年次)

・会計税務の社内対応

・科目毎の税務チェック及び申告

・経営管理資料の作成

・固定資産管理

・債権、債務の管理及び承認

・業務適正化、DX化推進 など

  • 働き方:

毎月決まった日数(もしくは割合)の在宅勤務が発生します。

その他グループ企業の総務、経理、情報システムに関する請負業務を行っております。

【給与】

<予定年収>

482万円~611万円

月給:318,280 円~406,030 円(基本給:250,280 円~310,030 円)

地域 手当 30,000 円 ~ 50,000 円

固定残業代 あり ( 38,000 円 ~ 46,000 円)

時間外手当は、時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、

固定残業代として支給し、18時間を超える時間外労働は追加で支給。

  • 昇給:1月あたり3,000円~7,800円(前年度実績)
  • 賞与:年2回(前年度実績)※計4ヶ月分(前年度実績)

【交通アクセス】

JR浜松町駅 から 徒歩5分

【勤務時間・曜日】

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

残業:月20時間程度

【資格・経験】

<学歴>短大以上

  • 必須条件: ※下記いずれも当てはまる方

・経理・財務業務(年次決算まで)の実務経験がある方

・PCスキル:Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint、各種業務システム(会計、販売、原価管理他)

・普通自動車免許、日商簿記2級

  • 歓迎条件:

・経理、会計、税務に関するシステム導入経験のある方

※工業簿記などの知識があれば活躍領域が広がります。

【休日・休暇】

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み/休日はシフト制)

年間有給休暇12日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

年間休日日数122日
