Responsibilities

Identify, manage, and support high-potential sellers and creators in the Japanese market, providing day-to-day operational support to help them succeed in live commerce.
Create educational materials, deliver basic training, and support internal teams, sellers, and creators with explanations of live-commerce initiatives to enhance stream quality and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Campaign, Affiliate, Product, Algorithm, Governance, and others—to coordinate information sharing and alignment, ensuring maximum impact of live-commerce strategies.
Monitor key livestream KPIs (such as streaming hours, GMV, and viewership metrics), conduct basic analyses, identify issues and areas for improvement, and provide insights to the team.
Participate in strategic initiatives and daily operational projects aimed at strengthening the seller/creator ecosystem, contributing to operational optimization and improved engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Growth-orientated mindset, self-starter with strong communication skills who can manage strategic partner relationships
Highly motivated to learn, responsible, and able to adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment.
Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity
Able to make decisions based on data interpretation and analysis.
Strong interest in live streaming, social media, and the influencer ecosystem.
Good written and oral proficiency in Japanese, medium written and read proficiency in English is required.
