Role

We are looking for Content and Product Governance Strategy Managers to join our team to develop strategies/ policies to ensure quality and compliance across the content and product listing lifecycle, while enabling businesses. As a Strategy Manager, you will analyse data, develop content and product listing policies, run and implement projects, and drive operational optimisation to improve users' live-shopping experience. You are highly analytical, able to conceptualise solutions from first principles, navigate ambiguity, and implement solutions swiftly.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyse large data sets and develop data-driven policies to enable the commerce business, evaluate partners' behaviours, product trends, manage fulfillment and partners' services.

  2. Analyse data to measure, identify, mitigate, and monitor risks to raise the overall ecommerce content and product listing ecosystem quality. Engage in risk discovery – to identify new content and product quality and abuse trends and develop policies to address them

  3. Maintain a keen understanding of Northeast Asia market and conditions to inform strategy development.

Responsible for partners' and product as well as intellectual property compliance management, building up implementation processes and working closely with cross-functional partners -- to optimise enforcement systems.

  1. Investigate sensitive escalations, review and implement our strategies and policies, taking into account our policies, business impact, and market conditions.

  2. Ensure constant improvements of key metrics for content, listing, and intellectual property risk mitigation, and enforcement accuracy.

  3. Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing partners plans of action in response to enforcement actions.

  4. Act as an escalation point of contact and internal communications on all partners and listing governance issues. Support communications, enforcement actions, and data reporting for partners and listing enforcement and appeal programs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  1. Strong bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as Engineering, Analytics, Economics, Social Sciences, Law.

  2. 4+ years experience developing, implementing, and managing policies and projects.

  3. Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, including using data to drive decision making.

  4. Professional experience in Data Analysis, Content Policy, Ecommerce, Technology, Intellectual Property Protection, Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policy and Operations Management, Partner or Product Growth, Risk Analytics, Compliance, or Experience programmes.

  5. Familiarity with commerce, social media content landscape and ecosystem management – as well as strategic business sensitivity, will be advantageous.

  6. Good English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Driven, excellent programme management and communication skills with the ability to plan for, and manage complex projects, as well as influence multiple cross-functional teams to build and launch new policies and workflows.

  2. Demonstrate the ability to analyze data, including using data to drive decision making.
