*1. 約2ヶ月間の丁寧な同乗研修

はじめは先輩スタッフが隣でしっかりサポート。仕事の流れや運転のコツを、あなたのペースでじっくり学べます。

*2. 普通免許(AT限定)で運転できる小型トラック

運転するのは、普通免許で運転できる小型トラック。小回りが利くので、大きな車の運転に自信がない方でも大丈夫です。

*3. 負担を軽くする工夫あり

重いものは台車を使って運べます。無理なく長く続けられる環境です。

*4. 再配達は一切なし

お客様がご不在の場合は、指定の場所に置かせてもらうので、再配達の心配は一切ありません。

*5. ノルマなしの提案業務あり

COOP共済などをご案内する声がけ業務が一部ありますが、ノルマや目標は一切ありません。お客様との世間話の中で一言ご案内する程度です。

【09:15】出勤・準備

制服に着替え、朝礼に参加。その日の荷物をトラックに積み込みます。

【10:00】出発・お届け

担当エリアへ出発車内はあなただけの空間。ひとりの時間を大切に、自分のペースで運転に集中できます。お客様先では、「〇〇さん、いつもありがとう」といった交流が楽しみの一つになります。

【16:00】帰社・片付け

センターに戻り、注文書の確認など簡単な事務作業を済ませます。

【17:15】お仕事終了

「お疲れ様でした」残業はほとんどありません。

フルタイム勤務の場合、日給月給制もございます。
