大手自動車部品メーカーから受託した「社内ITヘルプデスク業務」です。
社用端末・システムに関する問い合わせ対応、障害対応を中心にお任せいたします
よくよくはリーダー職へのキャリアアップも可能です
【具体的には…】
(1)問い合わせ対応/1日30~50件程度
*社用PC(Windows10)・Microsoft Office・ネットワーク・ブラウザに関する
社員からの問い合わせ対応、障害対応
(2)申請処理
*社員の入社・異動・退職に伴う各種アカウント申請対応(新規・変更・削除処理など)
(3)IT資産管理
*社用PC・周辺機器・ソフトウェアなどの購入・廃棄手続き、台帳の管理
(4)キッティング
*社用PC・スマートフォンのキッティング作業、マスターイメージ作成
(5)システム管理
*バックアップチェック、システムの設定
(6)チーム運営業務(リーダー職へとキャリアアップした場合)
*チーム運営:ヘルプデスクメンバーの育成、顧客折衝、報告書作成
*新規業務設計:新規案件のヒアリング、課題抽出、交渉、工数見積もりなど
*手順書作成:作業マニュアル・ワークフロー・業務一覧等のドキュメント作成・管理

- 弊社社員のみで構成された専任チームでご就業いただきます。
現在は4名体制(男性2名+女性2名)で業務を行っています
- 着任後はOJTで業務レクチャー・引継ぎを行います。
不明点などがあれば、その都度チームメンバーに確認・相談しやすい環境です

- ご希望により、ヘルプデスク以外の別職種へのキャリアチェンジも可
サーバエンジニア・ネットワークエンジニア・クラウドエンジニアなど、
社内で動いているプロジェクト・職種の中からご経験・ご希望に合ったポジションに
異動いただくこともできます。
- 上長推薦・社内選考を経て、正社員の登用実績もあります。
2023年度・2024年度は各年2名ずつ、ヘルプデスク職で正社員登用を行いました。
求めている人材
【必須条件】
ITサポートの実務経験がある方(2年以上)
※例:Windows10・Microsoft Office・ネットワーク・ブラウザの基礎知識またはサポート経験がある方
【歓迎】
業務設計の実務経験がある方(新規プロジェクト立ち上げやBPO会社で実務経験)
※例:業務ヒアリング・ワークフロー作成・課題抽出・業務手順化など

給与詳細
基本給:時給 2300円
※交通費規定内支給
※残業代は別途支給
