About The Position
As part of Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team, the Inbound & Outbound Sales Manager is responsible to handle the sales for two out of these: Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Sales can be made through multichannel: chats, calls and emails. While new customer acquisition always remains a priority, this role also needs to be able to up-sell/cross sell to existing customers by way of consultative selling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue outcomes for the inbound & outbound sales organization
  • Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats and outbound call
  • Deliver the quarterly target as assigned by the business and achieve growth on critical products like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Express and FireFly
  • Generate incremental revenue from the existing customers by up-selling additional products and services
  • Generate revenue by reaching out to Leads provided internally, identifying needs, and proposing solutions to drive customer success.
  • Understands pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads on Salesforce and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team
  • Manage the vendor's performance and establish win-win relationships, work internal and external stakeholders to improve sales productivity
  • Maintain exceptional level of service quality through customer experience
  • Find opportunities to collaborate with other teams in order to increase the deal size. Set up and attend the demos with them
  • Understand market trends, proactively develop strategies to increase revenue, and translate them into concrete daily operations
  • Should be knowledgeable about Adobe's solutions/products that they will be responsible to position or sell

Requirements:

  • Should have 5-7 Year of Sales experience (B2B demand generation or growth sales Preferred)
  • A record of success at a high-growth company
  • Prior IT Sales background with an understanding of SaaS, licensing will be a plus
  • Should have strong project management skills and the experience of leading the team
  • Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle/Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach. Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT, Sales funnel, and pipeline management is desired.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset and an ability to quickly determine / distill intelligence from data
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, team player
  • Fluency in Japanese and Business proficiency in English
