業務内容
■組織の役割

募集ポジションのチームでは、機械学習をデータサイエンス分野に応用する領域で、研究開発と社会実装を進めています。 特に、機械学習の専門知識がなくても簡単に利用できる予測分析ソフトウェア Prediction )を開発し、継続的にアップデートしています。これによって、社会全体に対して、機械学習による業務効率化や新規事業創出に貢献します。 また、誰でもデータ分析を業務に活用できるようにするため、生成AIを活用した次世代のAIエージェントの実現を目指し、中期的な研究開発にも取り組んでいます。

■担当予定の業務内容

・予測分析(表形式データや時系列データに対する機械学習技術)に関する機械学習手法の応用技術開発

・開発した技術を搭載したライブラリやソフトウェアの開発/設計/実装

・開発した技術を活用した商用サービスにおける顧客価値の検証と新機能の企画推進

予測分析に関する数名からなる技術開発/ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのリーダーまたは担当者

上級担当:約800万円~/リーダー:約1000万円~

必要となるスキル/経験
■必須

・コンピューターサイエンスの修士以上及びそれに相当する経験

・機械学習の予測領域や機械学習を活用したデータマイニング、および関連領域での研究開発の3年以上の経験

・データ分析と機械学習についての高い実装スキル

・複数名から成るソフトウェア開発のプロジェクトの推進に必要なプロジェクト管理やコミュニケーションスキル・経験

■尚可

・サービスやアプリケーションに機械学習を導入した経験

・商用アプリケーションの要件定義、設計、開発管理、開発のいずれかの実務経験

・新しい研究テーマ立案やサービスの企画に携わった経験

・データサイエンスの実務経験やKaggleなどのコンペでの入賞経験

・ユーザーヒアリングを含めた、ユーザー課題の仮説検証に携わった経験

・生成AI/LLMを活用したアプリケーションの開発経験
