・当社は会社全体としてコンプライアンスを重要視しており、当部署はコンプライアンス専門の組織として数年前に発足しました。

・新しい組織で、継続的に増員を進めており、現在ではキャリア入社者が過半数を占めています。

<担当業務>


【職務内容】

・コンプライアンス推進の各種業務

〔主な業務内容〕

・内部通報制度(個別案件への対応/体制の改善/経営層への報告 など)

・コンプライアンスサーベイ(従業員意識調査)

・従業員行動規範の浸透活動や改訂

・グローバルでのコンプライアンス体制の推進

・コンプライアンスグローバル会議の開催

・贈賄防止などの法令遵守活動

・社外向けHPなどの各種開示 など

・内部通報やコンプライアンスサーベイを中心に、ご本人の経験や志向に合わせて業務をお任せいたします。

【出張(国内/海外)】

・海外出張/国内出張が定期的にあります。(各事業所、現地法人への訪問など)

【テレワーク】

・メンバークラスは平均週2日ほど在宅勤務するメンバーが多く、管理職の場合は職務の状況に応じて在宅勤務しております。

【フレックス勤務】

・コアレスフレックス制を導入しており、柔軟な働き方を支援しています。

【残業時間】

・担当する業務の緊急度/業務量によって一定程度の残業が発生する可能性はあります。

・事業会社でのコンプライアンス関連業務のご経験

※コンプライアンス部門や法務部門など。コンプライアンス専任でなくても構いません。

・組織マネジメントのご経験(または強い意欲)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEICスコア 750以上)

・グローバル対応のご経験
