■ 募集背景
ギフティは国内eギフト市場で圧倒的シェア(98%)を誇るプラットフォーム企業として、toC・toB・toG(行政)と多面的に事業を展開しています。
現在は中東企業のM&Aや国内外での新規事業展開、資本業務提携など、非連続な成長機会が加速。これに伴い、投資家とのコミュニケーションの質・量ともに高度化が求められるフェーズに突入しています。
今後のさらなる成長を支えるIR戦略を強化すべく、IR業務を牽引できるメンバーを新たに募集します。
■ 業務内容
IR領域の主担当として、国内外の機関投資家・個人投資家との関係構築・情報開示を推進いただきます。ご志向とスキルに応じて、M&Aやファイナンス領域まで幅広く関与することも可能です。
- 決算説明資料・IR資料の企画・作成・ブラッシュアップ
- 投資家向けエクイティストーリー / コーポレートストーリーの設計
- 投資家との1on1対応(四半期ごとに約100件)
- サステナビリティ・ESG関連の情報開示対応
- M&A、出資、ファイナンス支援(希望があれば)

当社CFOは野村證券IB部門~オリックス出身。
IRは経営直下の重要アジェンダとして位置づけられており、ファイナンス・経営視点をダイレクトに吸収できるポジションです。
2)ストーリー設計から主役として関われる
単なる情報発信に留まらず、事業戦略や中長期ビジョンの物語化~対外発信までリードいただけます。
過去には未経験入社3年目の社員がエクイティストーリー策定・機関投資家対応のスピーカーを務め、中計策定のリードを担った例もあります。
3)豊富な対話機会と成長機会
四半期ごとに100件以上の投資家対応あり。
ヘッジファンド~年金・機関投資家まで、多様な投資家との高密度な対話に日常的に関われます。

>Corporate Finance Unit(4名/全員男性)
- マネージャー:30代前半(グローバル機械メーカー 経営企画出身)
- メンバー:30代中盤(元ITベンチャー管理部長)、20代後半(大手証券IB)、20代中盤(新卒)…
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
以下いずれかを有する方(2年以上)
- 事業会社でIR、SR、財務(資金管理、銀行・投資家対応等)、 予算管理の実務経験
- 証券会社においてM&Aに関するアドバイザリー経験/ECMやDCMでの就業経験
- 銀行、コンサルティングファーム、 監査法人における実務経験
- 金融機関における機関投資家向けの法人営業経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1100 万円
■月40時間分の固定残業手当を給与に含む(40時間を超える時間外労働分については別途全額支給)
■昇給:年1回/賞与:年1回
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
