仕事内容


当社は人材紹介エージェントと採用企業をつなぐ、ジョブエージェントネットワークプラットフォーム「JoBins」を開発・運営しています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・フィールドセールス(FS)

主に、採用に課題を抱える企業様に対して、「JoBins」の導入提案を行うソリューション営業です。

顧客への商談~契約獲得までを実施。

それぞれの顧客に対し課題解決を提案するソリューション営業を行う。

【営業フロー】

1.架電による社長アポイント獲得

2.オンライン商談での課題ヒアリング・サービス説明

3.顧客ごとの課題に合わせた提案・条件交渉・契約締結 ※即日クロージングも多数

【詳細】

・コール数:150件以上/日

※月間MVP受賞者は200件以上/日をこなしています

・商談社数:約10~15社/月

※ZOOMを使用したオンライン商談

※平均受注率は約30%以上(入社1年目の平均でも25%を達成しています)

・早期キャリアアップ

最短3ヶ月でリーダー職や事業責任者へ。開発部門など、各組織の部門長と協力をし、事業の成長を牽引することのできるポジションです。

実際に20代で事業責任者として活躍しているメンバーもいます。

月給 400000円 ~ 700000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
