ITデジタル統括本部は、全世界30万人以上の日立グループ従業員に対し、ITソリューションの開発と提供を通じて、日立グループの成長を支えています。

デジタル時代が進む中、日立グループにおいてもリモートワークの浸透やDXの推進、パブリッククラウドの活用が進んでおり、日立グループの持つ情報資産を安心・安全な活用できるとともに、サイバーセキュリティなど外部脅威から情報資産を守るため、これまでのネットワーク境界型のセキュリティアーキテキチャから、ゼロトラストセキュリティアーキテキチャへの変革を進めています。

セキュリティソリューション部は、セキュアプラットフォームを実現するため、クライアントデバイスを守るエンドポイントセキュリティから、クラウドに格納された情報資産を守るクラウドセキュリティ・データセキュリティを実現する最先端のデジタルテクノロジーを利用したITサービスの企画・開発・運用する部署です。

【募集背景】

日立グループではPC・スマートフォンなどのデバイスを30万台以上利用しています。

特にPCデバイスは様々なセキュリティ攻撃の脅威に晒されるため、定常的な状態管理、セキュリティ維持活動が必須となっています。

最先端のエンドポイントセキュリティソリューションを活用し、端末の管理およびセキュリティ維持を支援することで、日立グループ全体のセキュリティレベルの維持・向上を推進する人財を募集します。

【職務概要】

日立グループ各社に対して、グループIT戦略に基づくPCセキュリティ施策の企画・開発・運用の取り纏めを担っていただきます。

・ユニファイドエンドポイント管理(UEM)サービスの企画・開発・運用の推進

・アタックサーフェスマネジメント(ASM)サービスの企画・開発・運用の推進

・各サービスの利便性向上および品質改善活動の推進

サービス展開している製品の機能追加、NWアーキテクチャ刷新、運用効率化などのエンハンスの他、

他本部と連携し生成AIを活用したセキュリティ維持活動、サービス加入支援、新規ビジネスの創出など幅広い業務があるため、能力に応じた業務を既存メンバと協力して推進して頂きます。

【職務詳細】

日立グループの社内向けのITサービスの構想・企画・開発・運用を中心とした業務を担当して頂きます。

業務の具体例

・最先端のセキュリティソリューションの製品評価およびITサービス活用の検討・企画および開発プロジェクトの推進

・既存サービスの課題解決を目的とした改善活動または販売促進活動

・上記活動における複数名のパートナー会社メンバの取りまとめ

・関連部門との会議のファシリテーションならびに運営

応募資格
【必須条件】

(1)下記のいずれかの業務経験をお持ちの方

・ITソリューションの企画・開発(目安:2年以上)

・ITセキュリティ施策の企画・開発(目安:2年以上)

【歓迎条件】

・ITインフラ/セキュリティに関係する一般知識

・IT関連の資格の保有

・TOEIC600点程度の英語力

・Intuneなどの端末管理に関係する実務経験

・エンドポイントセキュリティに関係する実務経験

・SASEに関係する実務経験

【給与】

■想定月給:269,000〜448,000円

■想定年収:4,900,000〜7,600,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
