■C社の事業は、不動産、保険、管理、理化学、商事の5つの部門に分かれます。
「不動産部門」では、ADEKAグループの遊休土地の活用、売買、仲介等不動産全般。「保険部門」では、損害保険・生命保険代理店としてグループ各社の従業員の方々へのリスクコンサルタントを行っています。「理化学部門」では、企業や研究機関向けの試験研究用機器をはじめ、研究実験、試験実験用作業台の設計など総合的に提案。「商事部門」では、OA機器・フロアーレイアウトの提案など、幅広くより効率的で快適なオフィスワークの創造に貢献しています。
■ADEKAグループ各社の実験消耗品や分析機械を供給する"営業スタッフ"の募集です
今回配属となる「理化学部門」では、ADEKAグループ各社の研究に伴う実験消耗品や、分析機器・実験機械の供給を手掛けています。あなたにお任せする仕事は、グループ本社に併設している研究所を中心に研究・技術スタッフが困らない様に、実験消耗品の受発注業務を行なっていただきます。いまどの製品がどれだけ不足しているのか?を的確に把握できるように、担当者との信頼関係を構築していくことが肝心なお仕事です。
■文系出身でも大丈夫未経験からのスタート歓迎です
入社後は、先輩社員との同行研修(OJT)で、業務場所、担当者への挨拶、決められたルーチン業務を習得していただきます。半年後から単独での業務担当を受け持ち、徐々に中規模の業務担当し、多種の案件に対応できる様に育成します。グループ会社内での業務ですので、より人間関係が深まる環境にあり、しっかり信頼関係を築きながら仕事を進めることができます。
