【職務概要】

世界各国の関係先とコミュニケーションを行い、環境安全に係る法規情報と当局認可に係る手続き法規の入手及び、認可手続きに沿った対応を実施して、世界各国認可取得のサポートを行っていただきます。

【業務詳細】

海外各国の自動車の環境安全規制と当局認可に係わる以下の業務

(1) 環境・安全規制に関する情報収集・渉外活動

・各国政府の規制案や正式決定された規制(法文)の入手 (※)

・規制概要の把握と関連部門等への情報展開

・規制内容の不明点について現地当局への確認 (※)

(※) 現地マツダ販社との日常メール交信の他、必要時に現地出張して調査

(2) 各国政府の認可取得業務

・自動車の仕様情報や試験成績書等を社内関係部署から入手

・各国政府が定める様式にて認可申請書の準備

・現地マツダ販社への認可申請書の提供と現地質問への回答

入社後は上記の記載内容において、本人の希望やお任せできる業務から取り組んでいただき、いずれは全業務担当いただくことを期待します。

また、担当いただく国も徐々に広げていただき、将来的には広い領域で活躍いただきます。

【募集背景】

現在電気自動車やスマホとつながる自動車の開発が進んでおり、自動車業界の変化期である。当社は海外にも販売拠点があり、変化期で高頻度で変わっていく各国の規制情報をスピード感を持って入手し、安心安全なクルマを世界に届けることが必要となって参ります。

このため、部門として情報収集のアンテナの強化が必要と認識しており、特に情報源を各国の関係先に頼っている国においては、担当者間のコミュニケーションを強化が必要であり、人材の補充を行いたい。

今回、世界各地の関係先とコミュニケーションを取ることに前向な方に入社いただくことを期待しており、自動車業界や法規認証についての業務経験は問わない。自動車/法規の知見は入社後の研修や同じグループのメンバーからキャッチアップいただくため、業界未経験の方も歓迎いたします。

【部門ミッション】

自動車業界が100年に一度と言われる変革期を迎え、クルマは電動化技術や自動運転技術、通信技術など様々な新技術の採用が進んでいます。そのような自動車を商品として世界各国で販売するため、最低限守るべきルールや販売するための許可(認可)を得るための法規も各国ごとに技術の進化に合わせて変化しています。

このような変化に臨機応変に対応し、各国の販売店の担当者とコミュニケーションを図り、法規に関する情報を入手、分析の上、自動車の仕様に反映させる為の社内関連部門への情報発信を行っております。

更に昨今は、法令順守、不正防止の観点より、法規に合わせて正しく業務を遂行する事が求められており、法規の要求事項、認可の手続きを正しく理解し、社内展開を行い業務整備を実施する事で、当局や社会からの信頼を得ることもミッションとしております。

【本ポジションのミッション】

海外の販売会社を通じて各国の規制情報を収集し、どういった試験をするか、どういった情報を各国に送るべきかという情報を集めることがメインの業務となります。

高頻度で状況が変わっていくが、その中で何が求められるのかを理解して、現地パートナーと接点をとり、正確で必要とされる情報を収集し、社内の関連部署へ展開することが本ポジションのミッションでございます。

応募資格

【必須要件】

以下の条件に該当する方

・不明点を現地に確認しながら、正しく着実に理解して業務遂行できる方

・世界各地の関係先とつながり協力しながら仕事を進めることに前向きな方

・海外との英語での業務コミュニケーションの経験あり(10行程度のメール主体)

・PCにて「メール、ワード、エクセル、Webサイトの閲覧」等を使える

・普通自動車免許所持

【歓迎要件】

・英語の新聞記事等から必要な情報を整理できる方

・英語圏での業務経験又は語学留学(半年~1年)等の経験

・自動車/電気/IT技術に関する知識

待遇

・契約期間:期間の定めなし:正社員

・試用期間:試用期間あり(3か月)

・勤務時間:9:00~17:45(休憩45分)

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)※標準労働時間/1日8時間

・休日・休暇:完全週休2日制(弊社カレンダーに基づく)

・年間有給休暇:15日~20日(左記は毎年10月に付与/入社時点で別途、入社時期に応じた日数を付与します)

※年数回祝日出社有り、年間休日121日(GW・夏季・年末年始等)

・時間外労働:あり(時間外手当支給)

・給与:月27万円以上※経験・スキルを考慮し優遇

※想定年収:520万円~960万円

・昇給:年1回、賞与:年2回(7月、12月)、通勤費支給、退職金、借上住居(独身者/単身者)、車両購入時割引制度

各種社会保険完備(健康保険、厚生年金保険、労災保険、雇用保険)

・受動喫煙対策:室内禁煙または喫煙専用室を設置
