【職務概要】

マツダの自動車部品材料をグローバルな化学物質法規に適合させるための以下業務をご担当いただきます。

【職務詳細】

・欧州・北米を中心とした化学物質法規制動向の調査、業界会議への参加

・社内基準(使用制限化学物質)の策定と社内外への展開

・新規に制限される化学物質を自動車部品材料からフリー化する活動のサポート

・型式申請書類の作成サポート

<変更の範囲>将来的に国内・海外事業所への異動の可能性あり

【ポジション特徴】

・化学物質関連法規は、SDGsなど、グローバルで関心が高まっている環境問題に属するもので、非常にやりがいがある領域です。

・自動車はサプライチェーンが長く複雑なため、本来は競争相手となる他の自動車会社様や、他業界団体と協調・連携しながら進めることができる、自動車会社の中でも稀有な分野です。

【部門ミッション】

マツダは各市場の環境法規やエネルギー事情を踏まえ、内燃機関の進化と電動化技術を加えたマルチソリューションを掲げ、環境への貢献に取り組んでおります。

また、安全・安心なモビリティ社会の実現に向け、事故リスクの発生自体を抑制する安全思想に沿って技術開発を進めています。

このマツダの環境安全戦略に基づく優れた商品・技術を計画通りに市場に導入することを可能にするために、

環境安全技術部に課せられた役割は、

①環境安全法規の将来動向を調査分析し戦略?案に貢献すること、

②法規適合性を事前に検証して計画通りに認可を取得し、生産・販売に繋げていくことです。

【募集背景】

技術の発展と共に化学物質の数は増加の一途をたどっており、それは新たな地球環境問題や人体への健康を損なう可能性があることから、近年各国にて工業製品に含まれる化学物質を規制する動きが活発化しています。

そうした規制に対し、マツダが関わる全サプライヤー様と協業し、確実かつ迅速に規制適合を推進できる人材を募集しております。

応募資格

【必須要件】

・材料の大よその性状が理解、及びその用途のイメージが可能な方

・化学物質法規に関する知識

・一般的なPC操作(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント及び社内システム)が可能な方

※自動車業界に限らず、他業界の経験者も歓迎

【歓迎要件】

・化学物質への知識があり、化学物質名や化学式から構成元素/主要製品用途等を連想が可能な方

・法規動向調査、及び法規解釈業務経験 3年以上

・データ配列の加工、変換を目的とした、エクセルマクロ等によるコーディングが可能な方

待遇

・契約期間:期間の定めなし:正社員

・試用期間:試用期間あり(3か月)

・勤務時間:9:00~17:45(休憩45分)

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)※標準労働時間/1日8時間

・給与:月給20万円以上※経験・能力を考慮し優遇

・休日・休暇:完全週休2日制(弊社カレンダーに基づく)

・年間有給休暇:15日~20日(左記は毎年10月に付与/入社時点で別途、入社時期に応じた日数を付与します)

※年数回祝日出社有り、年間休日121日(GW・夏季・年末年始等)

・時間外労働:あり(時間外手当支給)

・想定月収:月給20万円以上※経験・スキルを考慮し優遇

※想定年収:510万円~750万円

・昇給:年1回、賞与:年2回、通勤費支給、各種社会保険完備、退職金、など

※I・Uターン歓迎、借上住居(独身者/単身者)を完備しております

※引越し費用、交通費は当社規定により支給します
