Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Dispatch English Teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students at various schools throughout Japan.

This role requires effective communication, creativity, and adaptability, as well as a passion for teaching and working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging and interactive English language lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times, upholding the standards of Yaruki Switch Career.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student engagement and promoting respect and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Fluent English language proficiency (native speaker level preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
