仕事内容:

医薬品・医療機器・ヘルスケア関連の問合せ対応をお願いします。

また、対応履歴入力、顧客データ登録などもお任せします。

会社ごとに電話が分かれているので、一つの席で黙々と電話をとるのではなく、皆さんで声掛けしながら複数の席で電話をとっていただきます。

一人前になってからの対応件数は、15~20件ほどです。

マニュアルやFAQが完備されており、研修も約2ヶ月間あるため安心してスタートできます。
