住宅ローンの保証業務を行っている信用保証会社最大手の顧客に対して、利用者ニーズの取り込み、新サービス提供等を行う為に、継続的な提案・開発を実施しています。

住宅ローン審査時にAIを用いたサービスを提供しており、該当サービスの高度化や、顧客適用領域の拡大をしていくにあたり、リーダシップを発揮し、提案・開発推進できる方を募集します。

【職務概要】

システム開発のプロジェクトに対して主に以下の業務をお任せします。当クライアント様に大きな価値提供を実戦したく、主にプロジェクトの管理やマネジメントの業務をお任せいたします。

・プロジェクトのビジョンと計画書の作成

・プロジェクト全体の推進、報告、およびパフォーマンスの管理

・期待される納期、予算、および対象範囲の管理

・市場系を中心とした顧客向けのソリューションの提供、チームリーダとしての開発案件のリード

・リーダの立ち位置でビジネスパートナの開発管理、顧客対応

・顧客業務を理解し、最新技術動向を把握したうえでシステムのあるべき姿の検討・提案

・継続的なシステム開発として、中規模のエンハンス案件対応

・当社のAI,データサイエンティスト系人財との連携を取りながらのソリューション考案

1.配属組織(チーム)

10名程度 ※今後PJが多数立ち上がると増員見込み

フロントSEとしてお客様対応を行い、業務知識や基盤・アプリケーション開発スキル・データ分析スキルを持ったメンバーが在席

2.働き方

当社拠点への出社、および在宅勤務も可能。出社は担当する業務や状況等により変動します。

部署では水曜日を出社日と原則設けており、各メンバーの進捗をオフラインで確認する場も設けております。

お客様システムを預かっている為、システムリリースの際は休日出勤等も発生する場合がございます。

応募資格
【必須条件】

・フロントSEとしてお客様対応を行い、システム開発のリーダとして活躍したい方

・システムエンジニアとしてシステム設計、構築経験が3年以上ある方

・顧客、社内メンバとコミュニケーションが円滑に行える方

【歓迎条件】

・パブリッククラウドの開発経験がある方

・アプリケーション開発経験もしくは知識がある方

・プロジェクト管理の知識がある方

・資格保有(各種情報処理技術者資格、ベンダ資格(PMP、AWS資格が好ましい))

■想定月給:463,000〜605,000円

■想定年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出
