設立30年以上 / 試用期間あり / 急募内定まで2週間

昭和22年創業。TVや雑誌でもおなじみの『肉のたかさご』が、満を持して、2026年6月、東京駅八重洲口近辺百貨店に新規OPEN

たかさごの美味しいお弁当や惣菜を作って、商品の魅力と美味しさをお届けする仲間を募集します。

【入社後の流れについて】

  • 入社~6月頃まで:まずは本店で、じっくり研修

オープンまでは、月島にある本店で勤務をスタート。

調理・接客の基本や商品知識、お肉の扱い方など、

『肉のたかさご』が70年以上培ってきたノウハウを、先輩が丁寧にお教えします。

未経験の方も、ここでしっかり土台を作れるのでご安心ください。

  • 6月以降:いよいよ新店舗へ

東京駅八重洲口近辺にオープンする新店舗へ異動。

研修で一緒だった仲間たちと、新しいお店の歴史をイチからつくっていきます

【具体的なお仕事】

  • お弁当や揚げ物などの簡単な調理、調理補助
  • お客様への接客・レジ対応
  • 「やき豚」「ローストビーフ」などの量り売り、パック詰め
  • 商品の陳列・品出し、清掃 など

シフト制

1日あたりの実働時間:最大8時間

実働8時間、休憩1時間

給与


月給 280,000円 ~ 500,000円 (※想定年収 3,600,000円 ~ 6,500,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 49,882円

みなし残業時間 30時間

月給28万円以上

上記額にはみなし残業代(月30時間分、49,882円分)を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給します

※年齢・経験・能力を考慮のうえ、優遇いたします。

【試用期間】試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
