■本チームについて

本チームは、政府/研究者等に対し産学官連携プロジェクトにおいて包括的なプロフェッショナルサービスを提供しています。

30代中盤の若手メンバーで新しい事業を日々創造しているチームです。

周囲のメンバーへの積極的な意見発信やディスカッションを通じて、チームで新規事業を開拓していく気概のある人物を募集します。

■業務の一例

研究開発現場における総合的なコンサルティングサービス

・政府・自治体等向け公的資金の適正執行に係るモニタリング・検査業務 (経理関連の支出証憑確認業務)

・大学・研究機関・事業会社向け公的資金の適正執行の体制構築支援業務(コンサルティング業務)

・産学官連携プロジェクトにおけるエージェントサービスの提供 (プロジェクトマネジメント業務)

■入社後の業務イメージ

ご入社後一定期間は、プロジェクト実務支援として、会議資料を含む各種資料作成・構成や各種手続きの補助業務などを通じて、ビジネス全体のキャッチアップをしていただきます。

一定期間経過後はご本人の適性やスキルに応じて、経理検査業務や公的資金の適正執行の体制構築支援業務等など、より難易度の高い業務にも挑戦していただくことを想定しています。

登録資格 Qualification

■必須資格・条件

・基本的な会計知識(簿記3級以上)

かつ、以下のうち2つ以上を満たしている方を対象としています

・Microsoft Officeビジネスレベル以上(実務経験必須)

・高いビジネスコミュニケーション力

・多くのステークホルダーとの業務経験

・取引先との調整・交渉などの営業的実務経験(リテール営業のみ、は要件を満たさない)

・主体性をもって業務に取り組み、一定の成果を挙げた経験

■あると望ましいスキル

・公認会計士・税理士

・英語力(TOEIC700以上)

・デジタルツール(Power Query、Power Automate、Alteryx、Tableau等)を用いた業務に関与した経験勤務地 Work Location
