仕事内容

KKdayプラットフォーム上で、「日本人が海外で安心して楽しめる旅行商品」のラインナップを戦略的に拡充していただきます。

日本人旅行者のニーズを起点に、海外サプライヤーや国内パートナーと連携しながら、競争力のある商品群を構築をしていただきたい。

具体的な業務内容

日本人向け海外旅行商品の戦略設計
対象エリアの選定、優先順位付け
「日本人にとって行きやすく、安心できる」商品定義(例:日本語ガイド付きツアー、サポート体制のある体験など)
海外・国内パートナーとの新規開拓およびアライアンス構築
海外サプライヤーとの直接交渉
国内旅行会社との連携スキーム構築
商品ラインナップ拡充の実行
ツアーに限らず、現地体験・交通・アクティビティ等「旅中商品」全般を対象
契約交渉、条件設計、導入までの実務推進
社内外ステークホルダーとの連携
海外チームとの協業
オペレーション・マーケ・CSとの連動設計
市場・競合分析に基づく改善提案と実行

・「何をやるべきか」を自ら考え、戦略から実行まで一気通貫でやり切れる人

・口だけでなく、現場で手を動かし、成果を出してきた実務型

・曖昧な状況でも優先順位をつけ、前に進められる推進力のある方

・多国籍チーム・外部パートナーとの協業を楽しめる方

【必須条件】

・2年以上の法人営業経験(日本人ターゲット / 新規営業)

・新規エリア開拓や主要エリア強化の際、海外出張が可能な方

・日本語流暢

【歓迎条件】

・旅行・観光業界経験がある方

・旅行が好きな方

・Webマーケティングに興味がある方

・(英語や中国語など)語学力を活かした仕事をしたい方

おすすめポイント

・語学スキルも活かせます

中国語・英語スキルがあれば、台湾本社とのやり取りもよりスムーズになるでしょう。

・ある程度の裁量が与えられた中、自立した働き方を志向できますし、

原則基本勤務時間 9:30 ~ 18:30(休憩60分)

フレックスタイム制導入済み(コアタイム:10:30~17:30)
