USEN&U-NEXT GROUPでは、店舗向けにエンターテインメント×テクノロジーを融合した多彩なサービスを展開し、事業者様の成長を支援しております。

株式会社USEN PAYでは、キャッシュレス決済サービス「USEN PAY」を単なる決済サービスではなく、ご利用店舗の集客・売上向上・運営サポートにつながるプラットフォームにしていくことを目指しています。

この度、組織拡大に伴い新規開拓と導入拡大を担っていただく営業メンバーを募集します。

仕事内容


キャッシュレス決済端末サービスを軸に店舗経営をトータルでサポートするソリューション提案をお任せします。

【具体的な業務】

ご経験や適性に応じて、以下のいずれかの業務からスタートしていただきます。

将来的にはこの枠にとらわれず複数の役割を経験し、キャリアアップを目指していただくことも可能です。

・インサイドセールス(オンライン商談)

Lead対応、クロスセル提案、フィールドセールスと連携し、担当地域のお客様対応

・フィールドセールス(対面商談)

Lead対応、新規商談、クロージング、フォロー営業

顧客の既存業務フローや課題を深くヒアリングし、USEN PAYの導入が業務効率化、データ活用、顧客体験向上にどう貢献するかを具体的に提示。

POSレジやMEOとの組み合わせメリットを強調し、トータルコスト削減や売上向上への貢献を数値で示す。

「USEN PAY導入で、外国人観光客の取りこぼしがなくなりますよ」「レジ締め作業が楽になります」など、現場の具体的なメリットを実体験を交えて説明。

地域特有の決済ニーズ(例:インバウンド対応、地域クーポン連携)を把握し、それに対応する提案。

【研修体制】

・導入研修:入社後まずは、会社全体のビジョンや事業内容、各部署の役割などを学ぶ研修を実施します。

・OJT研修:配属後は、先輩社員がOJTトレーナーとして指導します。

フィールドセールスとインサイドセールスが連携し、地域に根差した営業活動を行っています。

グループ会社間での情報交換や営業連携も活発に行いながら、お客様とともに成長するパートナーとしてお店に寄り添った提案でビジネスに貢献します。

400万円 〜 600万円

年俸額の1/14が月収金額となります。
また、6月と12月に年俸額の1/14を別途支給いたします。
・年俸改定 年1回(11月)
・月収金額には25時間分のみなし労働給を含みます。

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
標準労働時間:7時間30分/日 休憩60分
勤務時間例:9:30~18:00
