税理士法人りんくグループにおいて、

新設ポジションであるけいり事業部(株式会社けいり)では、

クライアントのバックオフィス代行事業を行っております。

現在、事業の成長に伴い業務が非常に複雑化しています。

現在は、業務の中心メンバーが実務を一手に引き受けていますが、

このままでは「担当がいないと業務が止まる」というリスクを抱えています。

そこで、実務を正確にこなしながら、

そのプロセスを「見える化」し、マニュアルへと落とし込んでくれる

「仕組みの構築」ができる方を必要としています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

1.実務・ルーチンワーク

記帳代行の一部業務や、振込代行など、正確さが求められる定型業務。

2.プロセスの標準化

「なぜこの作業が必要か?」を分析し、マニュアルの作成・更新する業務。

業務の効率化案を出すことも重要な任務です。

・会計の数字の違和感に気づける程度の知識(簿記3級程度~)をお持ちの方

・品質を守るためのルールを尊重しつつ、慣れた後は主体的に動ける方

【歓迎条件】

・日商簿記能力検定2級

・給与計算業務経験

・事業会社での経理経験

・会計事務所等での勤務経験

・会計業務について幅広い経験を積みたい方

・労務・給与計算業務経験もある方は大歓迎

給与


時給 1250円 ~

※3か月の試用期間があります。その間、待遇・給与に差はありません。
