必須スキル


・スタートアップ企業での採用実務を一通り経験されている方 ・フリーランス、または個人事業主として独立されており、高い当事者意識(フルコミットスタンス)をお持ちの方 ・Slack等でのテキストコミュニケーションがスムーズで、レスポンスが早い方(タイムリーな連携が必須となるため)

勤務体系

業務委託での募集となります。 【想定稼働時間】 ・初月:0.3人月(週1.5〜2日程度)からスタート ・翌月以降:状況を見ながら0.5人月(週2.5〜3日程度)以上の稼働を想定 【勤務形態】 ・フルリモート可。(必要に応じてオフィス出社や対面MTGの可能性あり) 【使用PCについて】 ・セキュリティの都合上、重要データにアクセスすることが想定される業務をお願いする場合は、貸与PC(MacBook、スペックは正社員準拠)での作業をお願いしております。 ※業務内容によって変わるため、必ずしも貸与PCするわけではありません。
