*Candidates must currently reside in Japan to be considered.

What you'll do

To lead and grow the retail business across multiple stores, ensuring smooth operations and strong performance for the Japan market. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the CEO to carry out retail business plans that hit sales and financial targets.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team, creating a positive and results-driven environment.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires align with company values.
  • Work with product teams to ensure offerings meet market demand and company goals.
  • Oversee pre-sale and post-sale activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory to keep stock levels balanced across all stores.
  • Track performance through KPIs and ensure goals are met.
  • Use customer feedback and sales data to improve operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of retail management experience.
  • Experience opening new retail locations.
  • Fluent in Japanese and Chinese skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with retail software.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and focused on improving performance.
