Join our team in Janu Tokyo. Janu Tokyo is the first chapter in our story. The only hotel within Tokyo's Azabudai Hills––an area alive with creativity, exceptional bars, eateries and an affecting energy that inspires new kinds of joy.With 122 guest rooms, eight dining and entertainment venues and a 4,000 sqm wellness centre. Janu Tokyo provides a gateway to Tokyo's best attractions, just steps away from the neighbourhoods of Roppongi and Toranomon.
Application Requirements
- Knowledge and passion for the Janu brand
- Understanding of Janu's brand values and ability to feel the joyful connectedness
- Minimum 8 years of practical experience in luxury or high-end brands
- At least 3 years of management experience, including shift scheduling, attendance management, and performance evaluation
- Japanese language proficiency – Business level (equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher)
- English language proficiency – Business level (equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office software Exceptional experience or skills may allow flexibility on the above requirements.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Practical experience in luxury hotels
- Store operations experience in luxury fashion brands
- Personalized sales experience for high-end clientele
- Staff management and development experience
- Inventory control, product display, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) experience
- Proven track record in sales analysis, KPI management, and achieving store targets
- Experience using CRM and customer management systems
- Coordination and reporting experience with headquarters and other stores
- Additional language skills
